iPhone and iPad
On an iPhone, alerts only work once Shrimmage is on your Home Screen. You need iOS 16.4 or later.
- Open Shrimmage in Safari. In another browser? Open in Safari, or copy app.shrimmage.com into Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up), then scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The Shrimmage icon appears on your Home Screen.
- Open Shrimmage from that icon, not from Safari, and sign in. The Home Screen app keeps its own sign-in, so you may be asked again.
- Come back to this page from the app and turn on game alerts below.
Android
Chrome on Android can take alerts in an ordinary tab, so this step is optional. Adding Shrimmage to your home screen gives you an icon to open it from.
- Open Shrimmage in Chrome.
- Tap the menu (the three dots at the top right), then Add to Home Screen. Some phones call it Install App.
- Tap Install or Add, and open Shrimmage from the new icon.
